Let's Know the basic detail of Panchkarma

Balanced Dosha, Dhatu, Mala, along with a medley of senses (indrya and manha) is what steers a healthy being.

Dosha - Vatta, Pitta, and Kapha

Dhatu - Rasa, Rakta, Mass, Medh, Asthi, Majja, and Skhura

Indriya - Karma Indrya and Gyan Indrya with Manha

BASICS  DETAIL OF PANCHKARMA


Vamana - Emetic

Ex:- Randia dumetorum commonly known as madanphal is a very effective emetic medicinal plant that helps in the cleansing of shrotas of the human body by eliminating Kapha, Pitta, Vayu in an orderly manner.


Virechana - Purgation

Ex:- Acorus calamus commonly called Vacha is a virechak dravya. Due to it's ushna nature and lekhan karma it is used a fair choice for virechan. 


Nirooha Basti - Decoction Enema

Ex:- A combination of honey and rock salt with oil and clarified butter (ghee) is treated to form a decoction and administered in the body through the anal region.

Nasya - administration of medicine through nostrils

There are more than 5 forms of Nasya procedures that are used to relieve differently.


Anuvasana Basti - Oil Enema


Ayurveda isn't an overnight remedy instead it's an experience that requires consistency. The constancy of exercising Ayurvedic supports a healthy body along with a purified mind and soul.
